• You will not hold us liable for any issues arising from authorized testing

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and findings. All vulnerability reports and security assessments are considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on our recommendations
• Security testing may cause system disruption; we are not liable for authorized testing impacts

6. Professional Standards

All services are performed in accordance with:

• Industry-standard methodologies (OWASP, PTES, NIST)
• Ethical hacking principles and responsible disclosure practices
• Professional cybersecurity standards and best practices
• Applicable laws and regulations

7. Deliverables and Reporting

Upon completion of security assessments, you will receive:

• Comprehensive vulnerability report with findings
• Risk ratings and impact analysis
• Remediation recommendations with timelines
• Proof-of-concept demonstrations (when applicable)

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment is required as per the agreed schedule

• Additional work beyond scope may incur extra charges
• Late payments may result in service suspension

9. Intellectual Property

All custom tools, methodologies, and reports created during service delivery remain our intellectual property, except where explicitly transferred through written agreement. You receive a license to use deliverables for your internal security purposes.

10. Responsible Disclosure

For vulnerabilities discovered during bug bounty activities or independent research:

• We follow responsible disclosure timelines
• We provide vendors reasonable time to patch vulnerabilities
• Public disclosure follows coordinated disclosure practices
• We do not exploit vulnerabilities for personal gain
